Passio is ardour and pleasure with food, beer and wines.

We offer scandinavian-european products seasoned with spices around the world without unnecessary trickeries. With potion and beverages side, we invest heavily with quality artisan handcraftmanship instead of quantities – beers are supplied for us by south Helsinki brewery Ohrana and with wines we favor personal european small winerys.

Saison 7,5%

Raikas ja mukavan kirpsakka Saison Pasific Gemillä ja Columbuksella humaloitu, 38 ebu. Vehnää 10%. Saison englanniksi Farmhouse Ale on nimensä mukaisesti valvistettu maaseudulla Belgiassa hivenen samaan tapaan kuin suomalainen sahti. Joka talolla oli oma reseptinsä ja tarkkaa raamia ei ole.

Vehnä 7%

Saksalaistyylinen Vehnäolut, hieman modernimmalla otteella. Humaloitu ja aromihumaloitu uudehkolla saksalaisella Mandarina Bavaria lajikkeella, joka antaa nimensä mukaisesti mandariiniaia aromeita muuten pehmeän hedelmäiseen vehnäolueeseen. Oluthifisteliöille tiedoksi että ebut 11.

Brown Ale 4%

Humaloitu Brittiläisillä East Kent Goldings, Pilgrim ja Amerikkalaisella uudehkolla Azacca humalalajikkeilla 42 ebuilla. Aromihumalointiin käytetty EKG, Fuggles ja Columbus lajikkeilla. Kepeä mutta maistuva astetta tummempi maltainen janojuoma, jonka synnyinseudut sijaitsevat keski-englannissa, Newcastlen seutuvilla.

Stout 7,7%

Jenkkilajikkeillaa humaloitu (Cascade, Columbus) tuhdimpi stout, ebut 57, maistuvaan herkutteluhetkeen. Pehmeän kahvimaisia makuvivahteita mukavan paahteiseen makuun.

Britti IPA 8,5%

Brittiläisillä lajikkeila humaloitu ja aromihumaloitu ipa (Pilgrim, EKG, Fuggles) ebut 66. Tuhti ja brittityyliseen ruohoinen ja maanläheinen aromimaailma, jossa katkerot tulevat pehmeästi kuivattamaan ja tasapainottamaan makua.

APA 6,9%

Amerikkalaisilla humalilla humaloitu ale, EBUt 40, humalat amarillo, cascade, columbus ja mosaic.

Private occasions & meetings

Passio has excellent facilities/cabinet for private occasions and corporate meetings.

Cabinet is fully AV equipped with projector, audio, whiteboard and WiFi.

Availability for reservations on weekdays (not Sat, Sun) during 11.00 – 16.00

Capacity is 20 persons.

Minimum charge is 500 euros. Remainder below will be charged as facilities rent.

Italian atmosphere conducted in Finnish!

Restaurant Corso continues the Italian tradition on Korkeavuorenkatu, started by Gastone. Corso’s corner stones are the stylish interior, fresh ingredients, in the kitchen, wines imported by the restaurant and of course an extensive lunch menu.

The restaurant is open every day of the week.
